KMOP’s main goal and vision is to contribute to making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable persons, and building resilient futures. KMOP’s main areas of expertise include social welfare and health, employability and human rights protection, scientific research and the development of know-how in social policy issues. Apart from direct provision of services through decentralised community based facilities, KMOP is active in addressing social challenges particularly focusing on low-skilled youth and long term unemployed, victims of violence and trafficking, disabled, elderly, migrants and minorities.

EU Grants Project Manager - Kifissia

The position to have A-Z responsibility over Grants and Projects by identifying funding opportunities, designing new projects and successfully managing them. Our projects are mainly funded by international donors and focusing in fields such as social services, gender equality, human rights, integration in the labour market, women entrepreneurship, capacity building, social inclusion, intercultural exchange, sustainable development etc.



Project Management and Implementation: Monitor partners, managing and accurately delivering projects. Plan implementation, Liaise and Communicate with Partners, Risk Management, Organize teams and activities, Assign Budget Lines, Monitoring Project Progress (draft progress/ evaluation reports). Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.

Partnerships building: The PM assists in Identification and initiation of new partnership and strengthening the collaboration with already existing partners.


  • Excellent academic background, including a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from a reputable University.
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in project management or project implementation.
  • Knowledge of EC procedures, PRAG and PCM will be considered an asset.
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts both orally and in written documents.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and accurately record/report task status.
  • Excellent English (both verbal and written) is required.
  • Professional knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an asset.
