KMOP presents new tools for enhancing the implementation of equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) practices by youth organizations across Europe. Developed in collaboration with five European organizations, this toolbox provides inspiration and a pathway for youth organizations to improve existing practices and potentially adopt new ones, ensuring a more holistic approach to youth work centered on social justice, equality, and rights.
Youth workers and youth organizations can find valuable resources, such as:
- Tips, recommendations, and good practices for improving the five organizational dimensions: Governance/Leadership, Physical Environment, Attitudes and Relationships, Community and Partnerships, and Direct Work with Young People.
- A Self-Evaluation Tool to help organizations identify strengths and areas for improvement in supporting EDI values, tailored to their unique needs and contexts, and aligned with the five organizational dimensions.
- Inclusive Language Guidelines to promote more inclusive language and expressions.
