KMOP Policy Center invites youth workers in Belgium to join the “Youth for Inclusive Communities” to deepen their skills in participatory design and empower young people to shape inclusive local communities.
The journey begins with an international Train-the-Trainers programme in Strasbourg, France (14–17 September) and continues over 12 months through training, mentoring and collaboration with partners across Europe.

- Receive expert training on participatory design, intersectionality and inclusive community planning.
- Develop the skills to train other youth professionals in Belgium.
- Mentor a group of young people as they design community projects, explore participatory decision-making and develop policy recommendations.
- Take part in international activities, including a youth exchange in Poland and the EU Advocacy Marathon in Brussels.
- Join a European network of organisations working to strengthen youth participation and social inclusion.
All travel costs are covered, and participants will receive a “YouthPass Certificate” together with access to practical tools and learning resources throughout the programme.
