GameON Digital Entrepreneurship for Youth: Round 2

New updates are available in the second newsletter of the GameON project. An interactive simulation game and digital entrepreneurial guidelines are being prepared! This newsletter outlines the work that has been carried out to help youth overcome unemployment by providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to become entrepreneurs in the digital sector.

GameON is an Erasmus+ initiative whose aim is to overcome the high level of unemployment in young people in EU countries by offering digital skills for entrepreneurship. By becoming entrepreneurs, young people may exit their unemployment status while also opening up a world of entrepreneurial possibilities, particularly focusing on digital technologies and services. Acquiring knowledge in this competitive area offers unemployed youth the opportunity to realise their own ideas and achieve professional success.

The objectives of the GameON project are:

  • To use an interactive video simulation game as a method to provide training for youth on digital business and entrepreneurship. Offering 4 different scenarios, this game will allow the users to develop the following skills:
    • Business Models, Business Canvas, Business Model You for Digital Entrepreneurs;
    • Digital Marketing
    • Entrepreneurial Mindset
    • Innovation and Entrepreneurship Core.
  • To create a set of guidelines on the relevant concepts and tools necessary for digital entrepreneurs.
