The struggle in learning and social exclusion, phenomena experienced by various European regions, can lead to low proficiency and early school leaving, as highlighted by the European Commission. To address these challenges, several EU countries have devised national strategies that aim to enhance communication between schools and local communities, fostering inclusion.
The Inclusive Hubs project complements these efforts by developing specialised materials and tools focused on wellbeing, inclusion, mental health, and personal development. By implementing this project, the partnership seeks to support holistic teaching and learning approaches, encouraging collaboration among all stakeholders, including school staff, communities, migrant learners, and their families, with the ultimate goal of transforming schools into inclusive hubs.
