📋 Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process, including internships and volunteer work. Ensure the right talent joins our team in an efficient way as well as a positive candidate experience.
- Design and enhance the employee journey encompassing onboarding, development, evaluation, and transitional phases.
- Develop and update job descriptions and organisational structures to meet evolving needs.
- Monitor performance indicators, co-design performance evaluation programs, and oversee execution.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to design and evaluate compensation and benefits plans.
- Identify and address training needs, organizing customised training programs.
- Ensure efficient and effective HR operations (e.g. employee database, policies & processes, terms of employment, internal communication/ collaboration procedures, reporting).
- Foster a positive organisational culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and growth.
- Align HR strategies with organisational goals through close collaboration with leadership.
🎓 Requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist role.
- An academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very strong digital skills and familiarity with relevant tools and platforms to help streamline HR processes and enhance organisational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on results.
- Fluent in English and Greek; proficiency in French is considered an additional asset.
