📋 Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process, including internships and volunteer work. Ensure the right talent joins our team in an efficient way as well as a positive candidate experience.
  • Design and enhance the employee journey encompassing onboarding, development, evaluation, and transitional phases.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and organisational structures to meet evolving needs.
  • Monitor performance indicators, co-design performance evaluation programs, and oversee execution.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to design and evaluate compensation and benefits plans.
  • Identify and address training needs, organizing customised training programs.
  • Ensure efficient and effective HR operations (e.g. employee database, policies & processes, terms of employment, internal communication/ collaboration procedures, reporting).
  • Foster a positive organisational culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and growth.
  • Align HR strategies with organisational goals through close collaboration with leadership.

🎓 Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • An academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Very strong digital skills and familiarity with relevant tools and platforms to help streamline HR processes and enhance organisational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on results.
  • Fluent in English and Greek; proficiency in French is considered an additional asset.
