Challenge

While charitable organisations strive to achieve the priorities of the European Commission for the period 2019-2024 and the implementation of horizontal priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme as described in the 2021 Programme Guide, most of the times they lack the operational capacity, the necessary experience and know-how in relation to the implementation of an EU funded project.

Innovation

Neuma aspires to increase the presence of charitable organizations, dealing with social & environmental issues, in today’s society, by improving their reading and capacity to participate in EU funding programmes.

Action

This activity entails the undertaking of desk research and analysis of the educational and training needs of project managers and administrators of charitable organisations in Cyprus and Greece.

The aim of this activity is to create a flexible and tailor-made VET Programme for newcomer EU project managers and administrators for charitable organisations with low operational capacity by designing and creating a training course and also defining and implementing the most effective learning methodologies.
