KMOP – Social Action and Innovation Centre invites you to the online event “Youth: Active Citizens in a Digital World”, which is taking place on Thursday the 30th of September 2021 at 15.00-17.00, Time CET (16.00-18.00, Time Greece & Cyprus).

By bringing together a group of experts from the field of politics, media, as well as representatives from civil society organizations, specialized in the field of youth, we aim at looking at how young people can become active citizens in the digital world, how internet and social media contribute to this, and what challenges and opportunities are associated with the digital transition during the covid19 pandemic.

The event is open to the public and will be hosted, mainly, in Greek with interpretation in English.

The event is organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ Project, Youth Myth Busters, which aims at promoting and strengthening the civic and political participation of the youth people in Greece, Italy, Cyprus, Hungary and Czech Republic. The project is being led by KMOP- Social Action and Innovation Centre, while it is being implemented in Cyprus by CARDET, in Italy by ISES, in Hungary by CROMO Foundation and in Czech Republic by Youth Included.
