Protecting the environment means protecting our common home.
At KMOP, we strengthen collective responsibility and action for environmental protection. We empower educators, professionals, young people, older adults, and communities to take an active role in safeguarding the environment. Through targeted initiatives, we create pathways that begin in the classroom and extend into the community—turning ideas into tangible action with real-world impact.
Because every small collective effort brings us closer to a more resilient, sustainable, and fairer world.
Find out how you can drive positive change in your community.

Join the Conversation: Art, Climate Action, and Environmental Awareness
KMOP invites you to an open discussion on Tuesday 2 July, 17:00–19:00 at When Hub (29 Socratous St., Athens), exploring how art connects with environmental awareness and democratic participation.
Artists, experts, and professionals from Greece and across Europe will discuss how painting and photography can serve as powerful tools for climate action and public engagement.
This event highlights the active role of older adults, showcasing how creativity reconnects individuals with their communities, expresses social values, and contributes to a more sustainable world. The event is free, and participants will receive certificates of attendance. The discussion will be held in English. The full programme will be announced shortly.
