The organization “Different & Equal” (D&E), in partnership with the Municipality of Shkodër and KMOP, invites you to the inauguration of the Social Cause Club in Dajç, which will take place on December 5th, 2023, at 12:30, as part of the activities developed for the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence. The inauguration will occur at the premises of the Community Center for the Family in Dajç – Municipality of Shkodra, where the Social Cause Club is based.
The aim of the Social Cause Club is threefold: to offer activities for the socialization and recreation of both children and adults; provide business management activities; as well as afterschool care for children. All professionals involved strive for the Club to be considered not simply a place where they receive services, but rather a place that can and should be visited to enhance their rights for community life and for community initiatives such as protecting and caring for those in need.
This event is organized by the Organization “Different & Equal” and the Municipality of Shkodra in the framework of the project “Tightening up the Victims’ Empowering Systems in Albania @ Shkodёr (TVESA@Sh)”, implemented by Different & Equal (D&E) in partnership with the Municipality of Shkodër and KMOP – Social Action and Innovation Centre (Greece).
The project is part of the EU’s support programme for Social Inclusion in Albania, which aims to contribute to increasing the access, coverage and inclusiveness of social services, as well as the provision of inclusive education and employment opportunities.
