KMOP has partnered with 10 regional authorities from eight European countries to strengthen the capacity of public institutions and businesses to engage in socially responsible procurement.
Through this collaborative effort, KMOP aims to:
- Support public authorities in integrating social enterprises into their procurement practices.
- Help companies form partnerships with social economy actors.
- Empower social enterprises to access and compete for larger public contracts.
- Inspire both public and private buyers to look beyond price and focus on social impact.
- Pilot innovative approaches such as community wealth building and circular economy integration.
