Sexual harassment in the workplace
Over half the participants in a study conducted by KMOP – Social Action and Innovation Centre in Greece, in the framework of the TEAMWORK project, reported having experienced sexual harassment in their professional lives.

 

On Tuesday 15 March 2022, 14.00-16.30 (CET), KMOP is hosting online the final conference of TEAMWORK, titled “Sexual harassment in the workplace: Promoting a zero-tolerance culture”.

With the input of experts, we will discuss the phenomenon of sexual harassment at the workplace and its institutional approaches, as well as actions and best practices to support victims.

After the event, certificates of attendance will be provided by the partner organizations.

Project TEAMWORK focuses on strengthening the combat against sexual harassment in the workplace with the aim to create a culture of zero tolerance. By developing guidelines for Human Resources professionals to revise staff policies, the project aims to empower their capacity to prevent and tackle sexual harassment at the workplace, as well as to introduce measures to protect the victims-employees regardless their gender and/or job level.
