We’re excited to announce KMOP’s participation in Success Skills, a new European initiative that strengthens business succession as a key factor for SME competitiveness and sustainable growth across Europe.
Through collaboration with seven European regions from Greece, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, Italy, Belgium and Ukraine, we focus on enhancing the soft and digital skills of successors and professionals supporting the transition process. By improving training, education, and policy design, Success Skills helps SMEs achieve smoother and more successful leadership transfers.
