EntrInno – Online Game for Entrepreneurship and Innovation

Challenge

Entrepreneurship and Innovation have been in the core of Europe 2020 Strategy, however young adults (18-35) have not the adequate skills to be engaged in this sector. Specifically, the lack of skills such as strategic visioning, problem solving, networking, creativity, decision making, communication and collaboration hinders their effectiveness in entrepreneurship.

Innovation

ENTRINNO aims at fostering entrepreneurial and innovation skills and attitudes through the development of an online game designed to equip potential entrepreneurs with the appropriate skills.

Action

A national report was developed based on literature review and focus groups in order to review the pedagogical models for fostering entrepreneurial and innovation skills through games in formal and informal learning environments.
