Οι Δήμοι Θέρμης (Συντονιστής), Πυλαίας – Χορτιάτη και Κιλκίς σε συνεργασία με το ΚΜΟΠ και την ΑμΚΕ ΙΑΣΙΣ, ανακοινώνουν την έναρξη υλοποίησης του σχεδίου «Νέοι ορίζοντες για ευάλωτες ομάδες στους Δήμους Θέρμης, Πυλαίας-Χορτιάτη και Κιλκίς», του προγράμματος «Στέγαση και Εργασία για τους αστέγους ΙΙΙ».
