2022 has been a very special year for KMOP as we marked our 45th anniversary of empowering individuals and building strong communities. We are thrilled to present to you our Activity Report, showcasing the impact we’ve made in the past year.
Over the last four decades, we have been dedicated to supporting individuals and communities and making a real difference in their lives. Through our social services, a wide range of innovative programmes and initiatives, and our strategic partnerships with national and international organisations, we’ve reached and empowered over 85,000 people!
This year was no exception. We continued to break barriers and reach new heights in our efforts to foster individual and collective prosperity.
We’re incredibly proud of the work we have done for supporting individuals through our social services, as well as through our educational and skill-building programs, which have enabled individuals to acquire the tools and knowledge they need to thrive. In addition to this, we continued to raise awareness of critical social issues, while also promoting individual and collective prosperity through informed policy recommendations.
KMOP has provided support to a diverse group of individuals, including those with mental disorders and their families, youth with intellectual disabilities, survivors of sexual and gender-based violence, human trafficking survivors, Roma women, single-parent families, elderly individuals, migrants and refugees, LGBTQI+ community members, as well as children and students from vulnerable backgrounds.
