Project MATRIX unveils latest progress in tackling youth unemployment

MATRIX

The project MATRIX endeavors to combat the pressing issue of youth unemployment while fostering enhanced employability skills among young individuals in partner countries and the broader European Union. It strives to establish a comprehensive and cohesive framework that includes labor market needs assessment, empowering Vocational Education and Training (VET) institutes and educators, and delivering educational programs focused on employability and entrepreneurship for young jobseekers.

In the latest edition of our newsletter, we are thrilled to share updates on our progress, particularly highlighting the successful 2nd Transnational Project Meeting held on May 25th, 2023, in Athens, Greece. During this meeting, we meticulously reviewed and refined the Assessment of Employability Skills, ensuring its alignment with our project’s objectives and relevance to addressing youth unemployment effectively. Moreover, we launched the Employability Skills for Educators, a pivotal initiative that equips educators with the necessary tools to guide and support learners in their journey towards enhanced employability.
