WELFARE project concludes with a final conference in Iceland

KMOP, together with the European organisations Vaxandi (Iceland), STIMMULI for Social Change (Greece), Xwhy / Agency of Understanding (Lithuania) and VIVES University of Applied Sciences (Belgium), participated in the final conference for the WELFARE project that was held in the Main Auditorium at the University of Iceland on Tuesday 30 January 2024.

You can watch the recorded conference session here.

The project results include a Curriculum for social innovation and entrepreneurship training; open educational resources and training guidelines, and the WELFARE training platform. You can find more information here.

The training platform is designed as part of the Erasmus+ funded WELFARE project that aims to create a hub for social innovation in universities, providing a way for researchers and students to build skills as social entrepreneurs or intrapreneurs. This is done by involving them in communication and collaboration with educational institutions, non-profit organisations, and businesses in the welfare system.
