KMOP presents the updated December programme of the Friendly Space for Women and Girls in Piraeus, offering 9 empowering sessions designed to promote mental well-being, personal growth, and professional development.
Every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 14:00 to 17:00, women and girls aged 16 and over join a community where they can connect, create, share experiences, and rediscover their confidence and inner strength.
What’s available:
At the Friendly Space, every woman has the opportunity to:
- Receive counselling and psychosocial support through workshops and informative sessions on employment, entrepreneurship, health, rights, equality, and the prevention and response to gender-based and domestic violence.
- Connect with social and health services, as well as other community structures, with the guidance of a dedicated social worker.

Working languages
- Mondays and Thursdays: Greek and English, with interpretation into Arabic and French.
- Tuesdays: Ukrainian.

About the projects
The empowerment activities on employment and entrepreneurship are implemented under the European project WISER (Women-centred Intervention for Social Entrepreneurship Resilience), which aims to strengthen the resilience of migrant women through social entrepreneurship.
The information, referral, and psychosocial support services in Ukrainian are offered through the European project SWEETIE (Supporting Women and Youth in Emergency with Environment of Trust In Europe), which promotes the social inclusion of refugees from Ukraine in Greece.
